I can usually tell first thing in the morning whether or not it will be a good day physically for me. This pregnancy has good days and bad days. Sometimes in a matter of minutes I can go from feeling OK to feeling awful. 

If I am feeling good, we usually take a walk after breakfast. We've been able to do this for the past two days and I am thankful. It usually takes us about 30 minutes to stroll up and down the sidewalk. I don't really even sweat but do enjoy getting out and about.

It is great time for me to think and pray. 


I really want to try and be more active this pregnancy. It makes me feel ten times better and hopefully it will help me keep my weight gain in check.



Of course the chart below cannot be 100% accurate, but it does give you an idea of what your calorie burn would be for a walk.

Walking a 4mph pace would be a 15:00 minute mile.

I love all the sweet aromas! 



Little guy loves to look around and take it all in. He is awesome during our walks. 


We are getting ready to spend some time visiting my family at the beach.
