I found one of the best smoothie recipes this past summer on Pinterest  and it has been a huge hit! Homemade smoothies can be hit or miss and this one has been a McDaniel favorite for sure.

I used to make my husband drink a Kale Apple Smoothie with me in the mornings and it was just awful to scarf down. Kale is just a little too potent! This one is awesome!

MORNING SHAKE:   1 banana, 4-5 strawberries, 1/2 c. blueberries, 1 peach (peeled), heaping cup (or more) fresh spinach, splash soy milk, 1 TBSP Greek yogurt, 2 tsp honey, 1/2 cup crushed ice

It is super easy to get right every time you make it!

Here is all you need:

1 banana

4-5 strawberries

1/2 cup of blueberries

1 peach (peeled)

1 cup (or more) of fresh spinach

Splash of soy milk 

1 TBSP Greek yogurt

 2 tsp honey

 1/2 cup crushed ice

Place all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
